Mědirytec. Počátkem 19. století působil mědirytec C. Seipp v Drážďanech. Známe však i mědirytce Carla Seippa (narozen 1779, r. 1852 se ztratil), který žil a působil ve Vídni. Je možné, že se jedná o stejnou osobu.
