Po jeho smrti vedla firmu jeho vdova Theresia společně s poručníkem svých dětí Cajetanem Schöllerem až do roku 1819, kdy se firmy ujal nejstarší syn Johann Baptist Wallishausser mladší (1791-1831). V impresích z let 1810-1819 bývá uváděno jméno Johanna Baptistu Wallishaussera..
